I’m Daria Bila, author and illustrator of the Mr. Pillow series of children’s books.
I created Mr. Pillow so that every child could have their own center of peace and unconditional friendship under any circumstances.
Once upon a time, a long time ago, one pillow changed everything. “There he is!” I exclaimed, looking at the pillow on the hotel bed, “It’s Mr. Pillow!” I hugged him and felt so warm and cozy. The stories were born instantly. I made a friend and wanted to introduce him to everyone who misses him so much: a little girl who is afraid to fall asleep alone, a brave boy who can’t sleep, and kids who fight bedtime monsters every day.
