Customers from Ukraine can receive their orders within 3-5 days from the moment they pay for the goods on the website and after receiving a confirmation letter by mail.
After receiving the letter at the post office, we form a parcel for the carrier company Nova Poshta, after the goods are shipped, depending on the location of the settlement, delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta. Delivery is possible to those settlements where Nova Poshta branches are open.
Please check the package for completeness, packaging integrity, and mechanical damage. This can be done in the presence of delivery service employees. We are not responsible for the goods that have not been checked for mechanical damage or missing parts directly upon receipt at the carrier’s office.
You can find out the cost of delivery at a Nova Poshta branch. The order will be delivered to the pickup point within 2-3 working days from the moment the documents for shipment (TTN) are generated. Nova Poshta will inform you via SMS that the order is waiting at a Nova Poshta branch.
A post office is a self-service terminal where you can pick up your order. Delivery cost according to the carrier’s tariffs.
Delivery is possible to those settlements where Nova Poshta branches are currently operating.
